Cesar Grande
PROJECT MANAGER
Cesar Grande is an education advocate committed to helping young people recognize their potential and navigate the opportunities in front of them. As a first-generation graduate of College of the Holy Cross, he understands the barriers many students face and the persistence it takes to navigate systems that are not always built with every young person in mind.
As a Spanish-speaking educator, he values building trust across students, families, and communities, and creating spaces where young people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
A graduate of Providence Career and Technical Academy’s culinary arts program, Cesar also brings a deep interest in food, culture, and community. He enjoys cooking in his spare time and is especially interested in how restaurants can serve as cultural hubs while also expanding pathways to workforce opportunity. His work is grounded in the belief that meaningful support, honest guidance, and strong relationships can open doors and create lasting impact
