Our Program
The Climate Career Lab is a 2-year program where high school students turn climate anxiety into real action. Through green skills training, field trips, and youth-led projects in Berkshire County, you’ll build skills and tackle climate challenges in your own community. Rooted in climate justice and youth leadership, the program shows how any career can be a climate career.
The Climate Career Lab is not a classroom. This is climate change meets real life and real people, in your neighborhood. Turn your climate anxiety into climate action. Join our cohort in solving real problems in your community.
